Bio
William Chapman

Before he joined Neil Krupnick & Associates in October, 2005, William “Bud” Chapman worked for over 10 years with Grassini & Wrinkle, one of California’s top law firms, primarily as a plaintiff’s litigation attorney. The experience and success which Bud brings to Neil Krupnick & Associates includes his involvement in many high-profile and notable California injury cases. Just one of those claims arose out of a vehicular collision which left a 19-year old girl paralyzed and suffering from permanent brain damage. This case, Burch v. Children’s Hospital of Orange County, resulted in the largest single plaintiff’s verdict in the history of California.
Bud Chapman has represented hundreds of Plaintiffs in California personal injury claims and he has won millions of dollars in a wide variety of injury cases. Another example includes a wrongful death case against Cal Trans which involved a dangerous road condition on State Route 138 in the Antelope Valley. After a long and arduous fight, Cal Trans agreed to pay $3,000,000.00 in settlement. As a direct result of this particular resolution, that dangerous road condition is currently undergoing massive modification and repair by the State of California.
Married and the father of 2 school age children, Bud Chapman devotes hours of his personal time to his family, church, community, numerous charitable organizations and his children’s activities.
Because of his diverse background, Bud Chapman is an extremely versatile California attorney. His addition to Neil Krupnick & Associates solidifies this firm as a successful and prevailing representative of injured persons in California State Court and the first choice of many members of the Ventura and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, who choose to refer their clients to Neil Krupnick & Associates for their client’s injury claims.
